I need to do that soon. It's also overheating -- I think I forgot to cut a hole in my home-made water pump gasket. When I adjusted the valves, there was one set that I adjusted quite a lot. I think I probably had the cam in the wrong position and now it's misadjusted. I think I have them too loose rather than too tight, since I hear a definite clicking sound that I didn't hear before.

Since I have the manifold and everything back on, I'll have to take off the wheel and the wheel well cover. Maybe I should learn to do them with the engine running like the old timers -- then it doesn't matter what position the cam is in.
