The gears aren't all that bad. The mesh side of the teeth are rounded by design when new and yours are worn some. You have a lot of tooth surface and the tooth hardness looks fine, so you still have a lot of life in those gears. NOS part are easy to find, however, they are expensive. If you look for parts the Borg Warner T-251 interchanges with the NP 38711 selective gear transmission. If it were me, I would install new bearings, seal and use it, and keep gear grinding to a minimum.
