Fender bolts for Utiline fenders ?

I have to replace some fender bolts on a Utiline bed and was wondering if anyone else has a source. Nothing against Mar-K by any means but at $5.90 a bolt with a nut and washer @ 22 pieces per set it's $130. I also realize that they are specially made bolts with the large head. Just asking if there is another less expensive outlet. I will buy them from Mar-K if the only alternative is offshore crap.
