use a grade 8 bolt double nutted in place of the China Kotter pen, thanks to God you were not tossed and killed or horribly maimed!!!! I bet the large bolt and/or the large nut was a counterfit as well if the truth was known!!!! Did you check the bolt for the sae markings, you ought to take it back to the dealer and ask him to check his inventory to make sure someone else is not killed by Chinanesse bubblegum kotter pens!! What kind of tractor was it by the way???
