Why spend so much effort to keep an inferior/outdated 3rd member? Budd wheels = cool, performance of 3rd member= not so much. Shorten a Dana 60 and 14 bolt, they don't need to be, and, oh wait, they almost bolt in......stronger, better gear selection...hmmmm....
