Though an idler could work on the back side of a v-belt, I'm not sure how it would effect belt life, bending that thick belt backwards in tight quarters.

I made the serpentine work on my own truck, with Ford pulleys, but what it really needs is custom made pulleys. Probably a crank pulley on an m-37 front hub. But the expense runs about $70 per pulley...

So I decided to sell a system for the V-belt.

It did occur to me that an option could be to mount an ac instead of the ps. There are ac pumps that use the front flange to mount, plus a rear bracket.

I don't see why it wouldn't fit an M-37. But I don't know until somebody tries. Any takers?
