Back To The Off Set Diff

ok i was thinking again and the real reason is a engineering plus( and was ahead of its time) when you off set the rear diff you double the torque carring capacities of the transfer case > this set up divideds the torque betwen two sets of bearings and gears thus making the T case twice as strong for heavy torque loads ~ Copey
