Hi Bill,
There were 2 humps, but a 57 should have the same hump as a 60s hump. The difference is that the newer humps were for synchro trannys, and the shifter hole is quite close to the front edge. The non synchro trannts shifter was set further back, by a couple of inches.
I do not know exactly when the synchros hit the line, but my truck is a 57 and had the synchro.
If you have a non synchro hump that you dont need, and its not rusted through, I would be interested in it.
