Hey all, II spent 30 minutes reading what everyone had to say. We all have experienced personally the outsourcing on America. What a shame. It won't end until none of us can afford to buy anything because we will all be working for 5 bucks an hour, which I think is what the "powers to be" want to happen. When that day comes all these companies with the fat paycheck execs are going to be crying the blues, but it will be too late ! Kevin Foust really nailed it, along with the guys talking about the airline industry. And Dave Sherman, he hit the nail on the head with Hp. Used to be I was proud to say I worked for a great computer company. Now all they do is screw us in the name of maxim=um profit. No big company cares about their dedicated employees. MOST of the computer hardware I replace... It is all made off shore. Last week, I attempted to replace 4 fans on a server. All made in China, packaged in Hp cartons. 3 of 4 were Dead on Arrival ! Oh yes, maximize profit by buying crap from overseas...I agree, buy American when possible. I try to. Remember when Walmart used to proudly display "Made in America" ? Ever notice that Walmart has not made that claim in a long time ????
