Well, the man has absolutely zero business experience. He's never run anything but a political campaign. When I lived on the coast, the government there "negotiated" with the railroads in about the same way; first they had the voters pass a bond issue to run commuter trains on BNSF's tracks, then after it was passed, started negotiating with BNSF about the cost of using those tracks. Obviously at that point BNSF had the government and the taxpayers by the short-n-curlies, which is exactly how Fiat will be with the Chrysler deal. I bet by the time they're done, Obama will be paying Fiat to take Chrysler.
