There are 2 schools of thought on penetrating oil.
1 school says #2 Diesel fuel with multiple aplications + time.
The other school says used motor oil mixed with mineral spirits with open debate on the percentage between 10 to 50% mineral spirits.
The speedfreaks are making a lot of claims for a half & half mix of transmission fluid and acetone.
I like diesel fuel + time
