How to install 4bt cummins@spicer 3053a into W200??

Has anybody cracked the parts required to match up the cumins 4bt with the spicer 3053a 5 speed overdrive?? I have a 3053a and a cummins 4bt but cant find out what flywheel, flywheel housing, clutch plate and disc and throwout bearing to use, has anybody done this yet???? M Series in NC has done this swap into M37 and was wonering if anybody has bought a conversion kit from them or seen one of there conversion to figure out how they did it. My bread truck 4bt came with a chubby adapter plate and chebee 4 speed alas....
