tire tool revisited

Thanks to all that responded to my question about the tire tool. I removed one tire from the rim today.No tire tools were used and it was easy. How did I do it you ask? I used a 500 ton hydraulic press at the shop I work at. The press was between set ups today, so it was available. I must say the condition of the bead of the tire was bad.The is no way that tire was going to come off with out a major struggle. I will likely do the rest this way .Or take the rims to the pros if i cant use the press.
