Here is a web shots with a GM NP540, but they look the same. 2 PTOs, It's longer and has a 1.38" 10 spline input shaft. the shift tower is usually towards the front and aluminum. 2nd-4th shift like a 4 spd - 1st is to the left and up - reverse is to the right and up. Most are direct in 5th
