good point about the banks. When Clinton signed the financial modernization act in 99 it was then possible for these bone heads to not only be a bank but also become a securities firm and an insurance company. I always wondered why all of a sudden a few years back WAMU started sending me health insurance delas in the mail. From 1933 unitil 99 this was not possible and kept these compaines at more managable sizes. now when they fall it results in huge waves. Thanks Bill
