seems to me the whole whole world was held together with rivets ,they're cheaper than nuts and bolts come in hot or cold variaties and look neater than bolts just look at any old ship > but since were in the 90s now i dont see to many rivet salesman left doing bussiness > the nut and bolt saleman in town is doing well though > i have seen more loose rivets in my time than loose bolts just a opinion and wouldn't want live on the difference between the abilty of a rivetted frame vrs a bolted one ~ Copey
