I've always wondered why people lease. Of course, I've always wondered why people buy new as well.

I've never owned a new vehicle. Even the billionaire Warren Buffet buys used and then keeps them for several years.

My wife wants to purchase a newer vehicle and I'm convinced that any car bought in the next couple of years is going to lose value faster than at any time in the last 100 years of car manufacturing.
