The picture shows the NP-200 Ebrake drum and the yoke prior to painting. In the picture the holes are not lined up....but they do if you just rotate the yoke a few degrees. The bolts go in from the front and the nuts on the rear of the Ebrake drum. This picture is from my Bumblebee/Cummins build. From memory, the bolts were 3/8 fine thread, nuts and locks. Everything fit fine, it was bolt up and play.
