Michelin tubes (airstop) are butt spliced
so they do not split as radial tires put
different stesses on the tubes as the casing
flexes has nothing to do with the inner
lining of the tire.
some tires cannot be run with tubes as they
have inner ridges which will abrade any tube

a source for radial tire tubes.
or you could take the 30 to 50 bucks you will spend on a tube and apply it towards a
purchase of Stockton wheel tubeless wheels
for your truck
