Just use a tri-corner file, and file away the 'key' in the O.E. pitman arm. If you are worried about it being imprecise, paint it with Magic Marker or Sharpie, and test fit until it doesn't hit at all. Then make sure the steering box is in mid stroke, and the wheels pointed straight when you stick it on for real.

I did it once that way 10 years ago, and I'll be doing it again later this week.

I just don't see any advantage to having custom parts milled.Caddy arm, stud, machining, must cost $100, to accomplish???
