I always look for older tools.

Not just because the quality is far superior to todays tools, but the feeling that they were once used by other facinating people whose imagination brought them to life.

I am just the gaudian of these implements. They are an extension of my hands that will someday be looked after by another artist/craftsmen.

Most of my woodworking hand tools are from 1850's on up to the early 1940's.

My woodworking machine tools are from the 1930's to the 1950's.

Most of my mechanic tools are from the 1970's, 80's, and 90,s.

I have found a few sets of interesting older tools. Not sure what year although it would be interesting to know.
