Sorry about your loss. My friend and M37 owner Don Beckwith turned 90 last Saturday. His wife Mildred is 96. This morning at 7:30 I stop in to help get the day started. Door is locked, house is quiet. He is always up at 6:00. I go home to get keys to his house thinking the exact thing you just experienced. I open the door and go into the bedroom and they're fine, just starting the day a little late. Their days are hard, they have trouble fending for themselves, but wont hear of moving out or having someone move in. VNA nurses stop by every other day and myself, my wife and a distant cousin keep an eye out for them. No other family. I am finally having meals on wheels bring them some food to save them the trouble of preparing meals, just one less thing to mess with. Again, they are reluctant but once they try it I think they'll appreciate it. Again, I'm sorry for your loss, 68 is young.
