I have an old railroad jack that was my Grandpa's, though I believe it is much older. Probably from the 1800's. I do not use it regularly, but when the load is too heavy for the wooden handled Handyman jack, I first try the newer steel handled Hi-Lift jack. If that does not do the trick, I go older instead of newer and use the railroad jack.
