Do you want to mount a PTO to a transmission, to a transfer case, or to both?

You mention below a NP210. Do you mean the model NP201 transfer case? If so, and you plan to mount a PTO to the transfer case, then you do not need a dual rotation PTO. You use the PTO while the transfer case is in neutral and direction of rotation of the PTO depends upon whether you select a forward or reverse gear in the transmission. The PTOs for this transfer case are not dual rotation and usually only single output.

If you meant the NP200 transfer case, then that particular case does not accept a PTO.

The trucks with the NP200 transfer cases had PTOs mounted to the transmission, which would have been one of three types: Up-to type, After type, and NP420. They did not use the NP540 transmission. The PTOs for these three transmissions are dual rotation and dual output.
