in germany you do not do anything to your vehicle that is not approved by the mfgr
thats tire size or type, wheels size or type
and on and on
and after you do add something then the vehicle is inspected and the glove box book
is updated
makes sense
just look at the "aftermarket c#@p " that people put on their vehicles and drive down
the highways along side you
some raise vehicles and the headlights shine
right into the windshield of oncomming vehicles.
also European vehicles have the round decal
in the back that shows the max speed i have
a 300kph somewhere in my office buried away
with all my c$#p from a different time.
