Caltrans is already bitching, because it's snowing in the mountains and "what will people do!!??"
Most likely we'll be able to get out of our driveways because the plow hasn't buried the entrance with an ice berm....= )
If someone is too dumb to figure out that it's snowing and they will need a jacket, chains or 4 Wheel drive then....
The main problem with the world today is not enough Saber Toothed Tigers survived the last Ice Age and the slow and dumb humans are no longer thinned out of the herd by them...only half kidding on that one....= )
