That's an interesting story that pretty much parallels the one about my '67 W200. I was with Dad when he picked it up at the dealer also. I must not have driven it home otherwise I would remember but he did let me take it for about the next month. Told me just be back here to pick me up when I'm finished bailing for the day. Pretty trusting on his part.
