According to the MSDS, it's mostly freon 134 plus some butane for the freezing part, with naptha and kerosene as the lubricant. I'll be interested to hear if anyone tries it, and if so, how it works. I see that it recommends a 10 second spray, which is quite a long time, so one can won't last very long. I suspect it's a lot more expensive than your ordinary can of penetrating oil. If it actually works well, the convenience would be worth extra money in a pinch, but I think most of the time, the blue wrench will still be the tool of choice.
