M-37 driver seat position questions

Can the drivers seat position be alter on this unit (M-37)without cutting into the metal or is ther another way to make enough space for my friend who is 6'ft tall and large around the middle? I could use some help trying to figure this out. Help! The stearing wheel rubs on his belly. PLEASE spare me the DIET jokes. Also is there an after market power steering pump kit available that will bolt on the stock engine configuration?
