Looking for information on rebuilding a steering gear assembly. I have a sector type with shims at the bottom and a 2-way thrust screw. There is about 1/8 inch end play with all of the shims removed. The thrust screw is properly adjusted. Does anyone have any helpful hints before I take this thing apart? Are replacement parts (bearings, etc.) available?
