63-69: The easiest way is to determine the wheelbase of the truck. 146" for a Crew Cab w/ 6.5' bed, 159" with a 8' bed. The 159" wb truck will have a stretched frame between T-case and rear axle.
70-71: The 3rd character of the VIN will be a
5 (utiline), 6 (sweptside), or 2 (chassis/cab)
If you happen across a W300 CC, the frame will be stretched with either wb. Dodge only built W300 frames for a single cab application (133" wb), and stretched those frames for a special order Crew Cab body.
