If the fuel temp is too high reprogamming the computer won't change a thing unless they tell it to accept the higher temps. Welcome to the age of computer controls, what they need to do is address the high temp issue. Is it really too high or is a sensor falsely telling the computer it is too high.

I would talk to Cummins and see what they have to say, not all of the Dodge dealerships have real good diesel mechanics. I would also start checking the lemon laws in your state.
