If the sheetmetal is good, not rusty or too dented, sounds like $3,000 - $4,000 (hopefully with Warn or equivalent hubs and 4.88 gears), if it were a V8 with the big back window, I would say closer to $5,000. I don't really care for the Flat 6, esp. in this large truck, but that could be changed later.
The problem in pricing this particular truck is that there are hardly any others to compare it to.
This is my opinion only, others may not agree.
If it runs, drives, and looks decent, $3,000 - $4,000.
