I would start with the fuel filter/cartridge on the drivers side (24V Cummins).
Remove the cannister slowly to see how much fuel is in it, simply loosed the nut at the top, the nut will stay in place so don't try to remove it.

You will have an H2O sensor plug at the bottom of the cannister, unplug it. If you ran the truck dry, the cannister is probably empty. If you have not yet replaced the filter, now might be the time to do so, if the mileage warrants it.
Fill the cannister with diesel, aroung the filter, let it soak in, add more if necessary.
Check your large o-ring when reinstalling.

Fill the cannister with diesel and place it back on the truck. This should do the trick.

There is NO fuel lift pump as mentioned in the other post, so you cannot bleed the system in this manner. The 24V is electronically injected,
and does not use the typical injector as found on mechanically injected diesels.

If it does not start for you, send her to the dealer (I hate to say that!).
