Actually, this is not the first time this has been tried in Davies County. The last time it was supposed to clean all those nasty pieces of farm equipment sitting out in fields. The fact that these were in use made no difference. Instead of letting an older piece of equipment sit outside next to a barn, it would have been required to have a new building put up to house it if it wouldn't fit in existing storage.
