I could see where most of that would be true, except the illegal chop shop.
If the police or government was worried about that you woudnt have all the Guatamalan
chop shops in so call that no one does anything about. Anyone that lives or drives I-10 between
Ca and el Paso texas knows what I mean. It used to be just Guats pulling toyota trucks with Toyota
trucks. Now it is so blatent that they have school buses and 2 ton box trucks and flat beds.
