230 Block Question

Machine shop finished magnufluxing the block I am planning to use for a 230 rebuild. They found 2 small cracks by #2 and #5 between a head bolt hole ( which goes into the water jacket) and the coolant passage directly adjacent to it. (Near the center line of the block) Block will need to be bored 60 over. What is the general practice for this type of crack damage ? Scrap the block ? The machinist thinks it is probably good because of the crack locations and the rest of the block checked out fine. Problem is I also have to do valves, seats and guides and don't want to spend the $$$ on a block that may not be a good candidate for rebuild. Or is it a non-issue ? I have not been able to find any reference info that addresses this kind of crack damage on flatheads, so any machinist out there have an opinion ? TIA.
