These types of local codes are not meant to prevent anyone from restoring or keeping their vehicle in their yard. They are only trying to address intolarable situations where someone is practicully starting a junkyard in an otherwise residential area. These things are rarely if ever enforced and then only when need be. When people are complaining. Read the proposed rule, it says if you have more than one keep them out of site. What is wrong with that? I have four such vehicles. I keep the one I am restoring in the barn, and the other three covered and out of site of the road. My house and yard (3 ac) are kept neat and do not detract from the area.People will only complain if your place looks like a pig sty.
