I did the same thing and packed the hell out of everything then pumped it full of grease. I have even considered taping a hole in the bottom of the trunion and putting in a grease fitting (like the WW2 1/2 tons) to keep everything lubed up good. Those bronze bushings are expensive and a pain in the arse to change. I think I read in a PWA that Don Evans put a bearing in instead of the bushing (same bearing as the bottom). I think that if you put 90 wt in it would make a terrible mess as those knuckle seals are only made of felt and tend to leak anyhow. Talk to you later Randy. P.S.
