Any item that fits the criteria in the bill that the military could use. This means a pistol (non-military) could be used as a weapon, therefore they could legitimize cutting it up and charging the owner for the work.
We will ALL become criminals if they don't stop changing these laws. Time to act is in November and throw the bums OUT!
