Hello,
I am looking for a 1957 - 1958 Dodge D-100 Truck Transmission in
good usable as-is condition and complete. I need a 3 speed stick trans
with Overdrive and the rear band brake.
This trans has a very small front gearbox, side shifters for a
column shift and a 4-bolt inspection cover on the top and has an
overdrive solenoid mounted on the right front of the rear overdrive
case and a kick-down solenoid mounted on the left rear case near the
band parking brake assembly. It was made by Borg-Warner.
We know this trans was used from 1957 to 1958 in the D-100 1/2 ton
truck series only. If you have one, or know where I can get one, please
