He had his hearing, he had moved the vehicle before the hearing so they dropped the $10,000 judgment but had to pay all court costs totaling 1,100 and had to cut down dead shrubs and get rid of his scrap wood pile, per the JP.
He said the JP said he wants "clean neighborhoods"
