i don't know what t-111 is, but there is a fireproofing made by the carboline co. it looks like paint when applied, but as it is exposed to heat it expands considerably to create a fireproof barrier. it is however real expensive! another route would be to use monokote mk6hy fireproofing. this is what you would see in a multi-story steel framed building and is less expensive but has a rather rough appearance. it is manufactured by the w. r. grace co. e-mail me if you need any research reports.
