Our Union is fighting it, but if we do become exempt from that, they will try to take overtime away from us.
We currently work a 72 hour shift, 12 days out of a 28 day work period. For those 12 days, at 72 hours a shift, we are guaranteed 76 hours of overtime, since its three days straight. If we dont get furloghed, they will take away our guaranteed overtime
