OT need help on a hot water system

i have had a new wood furnace (hot water )they installed the rads and the "manifold" i need a webs site or info on how it works > cant seem to regulate the heat some rooms to hot some too cold but if i had a understanding of how it works , there are multiple valves on this "manifold" any help would be appreciated ~ J
