Mark, I have the same thing going on in my neighborhood. I think it's a case of misplaced priorities. I thought as neighbors we should help each other. Too many people without hobbies to occupy their time, so what do they do? Put the microscope on the people who are minding their own business on their own property and have trucks. I guess it makes them feel better about being the neighborhood hobby police. Meanwhile, the punk kids breaking into cars and the speeders up and down a dead end street go unnoticed. birdo
