Try Parish Heac*ock. (800) 274-1804 (The asterisk is there to beat the lameness police)
They have insured both my Power Wagon and my W-100, both looked like rusty old parts trucks in the pictures I sent. I was turned down by Haggarty, Condon and Skelly and a bunch of others. Heac*ock sent me a letter last time my policy was due to be renewed and told me they were raising the value of the 2 trucks due to appreciation. The rates stayed the same. That impressed the heck out of me!
