Leon I went thru something similar in Western Pa. Ask for a copy of the ordinance that the citation is written to. Also get a copy of the complete codified ordinance for your municipality. Read it. Then ask for a hearing.This is when my case stopped the township did not have a hearing board in place . If you end up having a hearing plead your case.
