My Auto-Lite books show the MAW-4032 starter as being used only on Chrysler Industrial engines. However, they do cross reference this number to the Chrysler part number 1070 939, which is the correct Dodge part number for an early Power-Wagon starter, as far as the Power-Wagon parts lists are concerned.

For the WDX, the Auto-Lite books list the MAW-4044 as being the correct starter. This crosses to Chrysler number 1189 147. This, in turn, crosses back to Auto-Lite Maw-4044 in another cross index in the book. However, I can not find 1189 147 listed anywhere in any of my Power-Wagon parts manuals.

My guess is that a mistake was made in the Auto-Lite Equipment and Parts List book under the sections of Electrical Equipment List for the WDX and Starting Motor Application list for MAW-4032.

Looks like I need to change the t137 Auto-Lite list.
