Simple solution, post your item, put a reserve on it, and very OBVIOUSLY post the reserve in the description, people will bid if they think it's fair. Most people don't like a non disclosed reserve. Another thing, if I bid on an object, it's a contract on my part, but the seller should consider it a contract also, otherwise I put them on my no buy from list. Consider it this way, if you have a 9 day auction and I bid 10,000, that is putting my money on a 9 day hold, I can't go bid on something else. So when you end your auction early because you want to sell to someone else (i.e. Don't get the price you want) then you've wasted your time, and I consider your WORD worthless and won't consider buying from you again. Just my 2 cents
